These Terms of Service apply to all orders and agreements concluded via the official nolqen website..

 Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by Nolqen and to every distance contract concluded between Nolqen and the consumer.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 Offers and Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Nolqen reserves the right to change prices.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.

4. Orders and Agreement

An agreement is concluded once the order has been confirmed by email.

Nolqen reserves the right to refuse an order in cases such as payment issues or suspected misuse.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.

The order will be processed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Delivery

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in case of delay.

The risk of damage or loss transfers to the consumer at the moment of delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

After receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

8. Warranty and Complaints

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality.
