How will i know my order is shipped?
You’ll receive an email notification with a order number. As soon as your order is send to you you will receive a e-mail from our shipping partners PostNL, DHL, Deutsche Post, La Poste, USPS, DPD or UPS. From there you can follow your package.

You can stay up-to-date about your order by subscribing to our emails. This way, you'll automatically receive the latest updates and status notifications about your package!
Do we accept refunds?
YES. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are two 18-year-old friends from a small village in the Netherlands who started with a simple goal: earning some extra pocket money. What began as a small idea quickly grew into something much bigger. Our main account got banned at 14k followers but that didn't stop us.
Founded in 2025, Nolqen has already reached many important milestones. One of our proudest achievements is opening our own warehouse — a huge step forward for our journey.
